As a company, we are completely aware of the seriousness of the situation and we want to make sure to provide a safe, seamless and ultimately enjoyable experience to our guests when they visit us. For this reason, we have taken all the necessary actions that will reassure your safety while staying with us according to the Greek Ministry of Health:
- All our staff follow strict guidelines, including utilizing personal protective equipment, frequent and stringent hand-washing protocols, and will wear both gloves and a mask.
- Sanitiser gel is provided at all facilities.
- Free room service is available for breakfast and drinks.
- The pools and mini pools are for private use only and are disinfected by pool staff that are also testing water chemistry frequently.
- Linen and towels are washed above 70 degrees.
- Careful disinfection takes place after every departure and before every new arrival.
- Outdoor reception facility for check in and check out is available.
- Check out 11.00am – Check in 15.00 pm, is changed to offer the appropriate time for the room disinfection prior to each arrival.
We understand that a lot of our guests are facing a big uncertainty as far as their future holiday plans are concerned. As the vaccine progress remains positive, we are hoping that this will relax travelling guidelines again.

While we fully understand the dramatic change and uncertainty the world is currently facing and guided by our purpose of care, respect and listening in our guests, we have applied a “Covid-19 exception” on our cancellation policy in order to make the booking process as stress-free as possible.
If guests are unable to reach Alonissos due to official travel restrictions (such as cancellation of all flights, border closures, etc) we offer the possibility to either change the dates of the reservation or we offer a full refund if notified up to 24h before the scheduled arrival day.
